Title:
AUTOMATIC-CONTROL LOOM HAVING MECHANISM FOR TRANSFER AND EXCHANGE IN BOTH SIDE EQUIPMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000096403
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To weave by forming plural groups of interlacing yarns on both side equipment at the same interval in horizontally opposite order, by repeating the above procedure while going around plural times, by crossing the plural groups of interlacing yarns shoving against each other between both side equipment, by coupling both side equipment, to superpose the plural groups of interlacing yarns or crossed yarns of both side equipment in a gathered and unified state and by sending the fabric to the preferred region in the width of a cloth roller.

The purpose is achieved by linking plural groups of warp bobbins to spacer rails of half the number of every group of side rails around harness bases, simultaneously transferring all groups in the same direction, repeating the procedure plural times, exchanging and coupling both side rails with crossing yarns every time they shoves against each other through transferring and extending expansive pipes for hooking warp bobbins with stay rails G, coupling rails on the backs of belts with rails in vertical grooves on reed plates C, transferring combing wires into grooves in the surface of combers when the dents of warp tips on the surface of belts move upward together with interlacing yarns or crossing yarns to protrude in a gathered state, superposing the plural groups of interlacing yarns or crossing yarns of both sides to transfer and gather them and sending the fabric to the preferred region of the width of a cloth roller with the dents of combing wire tips in the top protruded in a bent state.
