PURPOSE: To shorter the time with a liquid-level measured value reaches to a final target value by imparting the deviation between the final target value and the present measured value of the liquid level within a tank when a target liquid level value is updated as the correction part for the next time update of the target value.
CONSTITUTION: The measured value PV of the liquid level in a tank 1 is obtained by a liquid-level detector 4. A deviation calculation part 11 calculates the deviation DV between a present measured value PV and a final target value. A target reaching remaining time calculation part 12 calculates the remaining time t' to reach from present time t to the final target value and a sampling point decision part 14 outputs a timing signal by determining a timing as to which point of time the signal is used as a new correction part. A target value update calculation part 13 calculates the correction part Δ SV of the target value based on the deviation DV and the remaining time t' and a target value update part 15 performs a switching operation by the timing signal and adds the correction part Δ SV of the target value to the updated value of a liquid level target value. A target value calculation part 16 calculates a target value SV by adding the previous target value to this updated value.
