This automatic control system of the apparatus in the facility, has a building 2 having a household electronics apparatus 3 used by a user having an RFID tag 6, a locking system 4 for transmitting this information to a management apparatus 8 by recognizing going in and out of the user to the facility, an RFID reader 5 for recognizing the presence of the user in the building 2, and the management apparatus 8 for controlling the household electronics apparatus 3. The management apparatus 8 controls the household electronics apparatus 3 on the basis of a presence state of this user by confirming the presence of the user in the building 2 by the RFID reader 5 when receiving going in and out information of the user from the locking system 4.
