PURPOSE: To produce the blood collecting tubes with equipment which can automatically produce the internally evacuated blood collecting tubes by automatically removing the air from the inside of the plugged blood collecting tubes and is relatively simple.

CONSTITUTION: This device is constituted by providing an arranging tape 23 which is arranged with the internally deaerated blood collecting tubes (a) at prescribed intervals, providing air suction needles 24 for removing the air from the inside of the plugged blood collecting tubes a freely movably in horizontal and vertical directions, providing a retaining piece 29 for retaining the plugs b of the blood collecting tubes a during the rising movement of the air suction needles 24, and providing an air suction machine 12 for sucking the air through the air suction needles 24. The air suction needles 24 and the air suction machine 12 are communicated by air suction passages 13. A control device 19 which automatically removes the air in the hermetically sealed blood collecting tubes a by controlling the respective operations of the air suction needles 24, the retaining piece 29 and the air suction machine 12 is provided.
