PURPOSE: To prevent the formation of projection and recess in the punched-out part of a work by preventing the displacement and falling of the punched-out part of a work by pressing it at a prescribed position and absorbing and lifting the punched-out part by a lifting arm and transferring said punched-out part outside a working apparatus and automatically pulling-out the punched-out part after the completion of working.

CONSTITUTION: After the temporary stop of working nearly at the working completion point, the main arm and pressing arm 7 and 7' of a cutting-part holding apparatus 4 are shifted, and a cutting-out part 18a is held by the hands 9 and 9' at the top edge part. After working is restarted, and the cutting part 18a is completely punched- out, working is suspended, and a wire electrode is cut, and a working head or a work 18 is transferred relatively to a departed position. A suspended arm 12 is transferred by the motors 15 and 16, and an electromagnet 14 at the top edge part is closely attached onto the surface of the punched-out part 18a and adsorbed. Then, the hands 9 and 9' are separated from the work 18, and the punched-out part 18a is pulled-out by vertically transferring the electromagnet 14 with respect to the work 18, and dropped to a prescribed position by cutting-off electric power source.
