PURPOSE: To provide a small-size low-cost automatic developing machine in which continuous and uniform rapid drying can be stably performed and a high-quality finish state of development can be obtd.
CONSTITUTION: This automatic developing machine for a photographic sensitive material has a drying zone where a photographic sensitive material after developed is dried. The drying zone is equipped with a far IR irradiating means 341, an air blowing means 320, and a carrying means 301 for a photographic sensitive material. Also the drying zone is equipped with an air temp. measuring means to measure the temp. of the air in the drying device and a controlling means to control the far IR irradiating means 341 according to the measurement result of the air temp.
