PURPOSE: To prevent fluctuation from generating at a transfer torque even when water and oil are stuck by constituting a torque limiter of a first transfer member combined to a shaft side, a second transfer member combined to a motor side, a permanent magnet opposite to the second transfer member and a magnetic powder.
CONSTITUTION: Since a flange part 41a is absorbed through a magnetic powder 46 to a permanent magnet 45 by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 45, the torque from a motor 21 is transferred through a permanent magnet holder 44 to a shaft 43, and when the load more than the magnetic force is applied to the shaft 43, the sliding between the permanent magnet 44 and the flange part 41a is generated, thus, the load is absorbed and the transfer of the torque from the motor 21 to the shaft 43 is interrupted. Since a torque limiter 40 to transfer the torque by the magnetic force is constituted, even when the water and oil are stuck to the surface to generate the sliding, the fluctuation does not occur at the transfer torque, and therefore, the opening/closing action of a stool seat 3 and a stool cover 4 is not troubled, the generation of the wear and heat is small, the setting of the release torque is facilitated and the fluctuation does not occur at the release torque.
