PURPOSE: To skip a local number and an extension number by registering a code immediately before the local number showing that a subsequent number is the local number.

CONSTITUTION: When a power switch is depressed, an icon group 40 is displayed in an area 50. When the pen is brought into contact with the connection 51b, a connection picture 70 is displayed. 'City' is a local code and it has the stop keys for one second and three seconds. Thus, the registered local number and the extension number can be skipped.
