PURPOSE: To attain dual dial processing by allowing an electronic exchange to monitor and discriminate changing information such as a body temperature and number of pulses with respect to an automatic detection system for the information above.

CONSTITUTION: In a nurse call system provided with a sensor system 1 storing changing information of users at a predetermined interval, with an electronic exchange 2 having a telephone set circuit and a nurse call circuit and with a nurse call center processing centralizingly an abnormal state of users, the electronic exchange 2 is provided with a monitor discrimination processing means 4 monitoring/discriminating changing information of the users at a predetermined interval, an abnormity processing means 5 for the occurrence of abnormity with respect to changing information of the users, and a connection processing means 6 making dual dialing connection processing to the nurse call center for the simultaneous taking between the user and the nurse, and the information stored in the sensor system 1 is monitored at a predetermined interval and when the information indicates normality, the monitoring is continued, and when abnormal, the nurse call center 3 is called and the talking between the user and the nurse is made available simultaneously.
