Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the stopping accuracy of an inserting/ejecting part in a stop device by providing a stop slit and a speed control slit in a magazine part.
SOLUTION: When the motor of a vertical moving part 47 is forward rotated, an inserting/electing part 45 is raised from the housing stage 21 of a magazine part 20. Then, when an optical sensor 46 detects the upper edge part (d) of the speed control slit 35 of the housing stage 22 and the upper edge part (e) of its stop control slit 32, a moving time between these is calculated. At this time, the rotation of the motor is reversed and the inserting/ejecting part 45 is lowered. A lowering movement from the time when the optical sensor 46 detects the upper edge part (e) of the stop control slit 32 again is time-controlled according to the calculated moving time. Thus, by making the center of the inserting/ejecting part 45 coincident with the center of the housing stage 22 of the magazine part 20, the inserting/ejecting part 45 is accurately stopped in a desired position.
