To discharge a fixed quantity of drink irrespective of changes in the temperature and pressure of the drink, by providing a nozzle-opening/closing control member which, when drink discharged into a small container on a container receiver-base reaches a specific weight after the input of a weight detection signal from a weight detection member, actuates a nozzle-opening/ closing mechanism and closes a drink-discharging nozzle.
After a small container J into which drink is to be discharged is placed on a container receiver-base 11, the drink is discharged into the container J by a method such as introducing carbon dioxide gas into a large container T connected with a drink-discharging nozzle 4 and by pushing out the drink in the container T under its pressure. The weight of the drink discharged in the small container J is detected by a weight detector attached to the container receiver-base 11, and its weight detection signal (y) is input to a nozzle- opening/closing control member 13. When the drink discharged in the container J reaches preset specific weight, the control member 13 actuates a nozzle- opening/closing mechanism 8 and closes the drink-discharging nozzle 4 to stop the discharge of the drink.
