Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable automatic doffing work regardless of a position of a cradle arm by moving the cradle arm which is not at a specified position to the specified position by a pushing means.
SOLUTION: A full package 8 is separated from a driving roller 7 by specified quantity by revolving a cradle arm 6 in the case when the winding package 8 of a specified spinning unit becomes full. Thereafter, an automatic ending carriage P equipped with an automatic doffing device is made to stop at a position of the spinning unit. In this case, as the cradle arm 6 is separated, to the neighbourhood of a full pipe package carrier device T, even if a piston rod 14 is made to advance by actuating an air cylinder 14, a pusher never pushes the cradle arm 6. That is, as the cradle arm 6 is devised to be pushed out on the carrier device T by a pushing means first in doffing work, even an empty bobbin coming off from the cradle arm 6 also certainly drops on the full pipe package carrier device T.
