Abstract:

To eliminate the need of removing a bobbin by a worker, by supplying an empty bobbin to a winding device although pick-up of a yarn is failed.

An automatic doffing operation method comprises: a doffing operation step 1000 for taking a bobbin with package out of a cradle; a yarn pick-up operation step 2000 for starting the pick-up of the yarn from a yarn pick-up device and trapping the yarn; and a threading operation step 3000 for supplying the empty bobbin to the cradle, and threading the bobbin to return to an initial state. When the trap of type yarn is failed in the yarn pick-up operation step, instead of the threading operation step 3000, a reverse rotation returning step 4000 is executed to return to the initial state by reversely rotating a motor not through the threading operation step 3000.
