Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic door closing device opening/closing a door always smoothly while being simple in structure and easy to manufacture and invisible at the time of closing the door so as to make the appearance of the door neat.
SOLUTION: An automatic door closing device is composed of a link 6 fitted between a door 1 and an opening upper frame, and automatic door closing mechanism 7. In this case, the automatic door closing mechanism 7 is composed of a guide 5 provided along the lower face of the opening upper frame, a sliding body 76 moving in the guide 5, a damper member 71, a piston rod 72 slidably fitted with play into a guide pipe 73, with one end fixed to a piston of the damper member 71 and with the other end fixed to the sliding body 76, a tension spring 78 energizing the sliding body 76 in a direction of drawing it onto the damper member 71 side, and a spring member 9 acting in a direction of closing the door 1.
