Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic driving information notification device capable of notifying an automatic operation status without losing the vivid sensory perception of vehicle traveling while reducing user's uncomfortable feeling generated by unexpected rotation of a steering wheel under automatic driving.SOLUTION: An information generation unit 1b generates motion information of a steering wheel 2a, such as the rotation start time, the rotation end time, the rotational direction, and the rotational speed of the steering wheel 2a by using rolling information of a tire 5a and rotation information of the steering wheel 2a. A notification control unit 1c outputs, by using the generated rotation information of the steering wheel 2a, a notification signal for notifying the motion of the steering wheel 2a in advance. A steering wheel driving control unit 1d outputs, by using the generated rotation information of the steering wheel 2a, a driving control signal for rotating the steering wheel 2a in a direction corresponding to the rolling direction of the tire 5a at a speed lower than the rotational speed of the steering wheel 2a during manual driving corresponding to the rolling speed of the tire 5a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
