Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic drying method by a dryer and an automatic drying device in which its cost is saved by decreasing the number of times of drying steps upon detection in multi-stages in particular.SOLUTION: An automatic drying method of this invention performed by a dryer comprises a preparation step, a parameter setting step, and multi-stage drying steps. At the preparation step, an automatic drying device having a main body, at least two drying stages and a detection module is prepared. At the parameter setting step, processing units of the automatic drying device is applied to set each of the drying stages to a desired temperature value and a moisture value. At the multi-stage drying steps, crops that are products to be processed are fed into each of the drying stages and moisture is evaporated by heat of hot gas and at the same time the temperature of the hot gas for use in drying operation is adjusted while the temperature value and moisture value at each of the drying stages are being detected by both a temperature sensor and a moisture meter in the detection module, so that it is possible to save energy or cost by decreasing the number of times of drying stages.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
