To provide an automatic evaluation device and an automatic evaluation method capable of automatically carrying out a blending test on soil improvement material with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An automatic evaluation device for a blending test on soil improvement material comprises a calculation device 11, an automatic measuring device 14, a sample production device 15, and a sample evaluation device 17. The calculation device 11 sets a blending condition of samples with multi-blending different in at least one or both of a test soil amount and a soil improvement material additive amount based on physical properties of the test soil and a target improved value on objective soil to be improved to transmit the blending condition to the automatic measuring device 14. The automatic measuring device 14 measures the test soil and the soil improvement material based on the blending condition of the sample of multi-blending set with the calculation device 11 to send the same to the sample production device 15. The sample production device 15 mixes the measured test soil and soil improvement material to mold the mixed product and prepare samples of multi-blending. The sample evaluation device 17 evaluates the sample of multi-blending.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
