Abstract:

PURPOSE: To converge in a short time even though the squeezed load is varied largely temporarily, and to stabilize in a desired load condition rapidly.

CONSTITUTION: A grinding member 18 is elevated by an elevating device 12, and when it is squeezed to a work 20 to be ground, a detector 16 converts the squeezed load into an electric signal and outputs it, and the amplitude of the electric signal is regulated by an amplitude regulating means 24. Since this regulation is to regulate (cut) a part of the amplitude, a part of the amplitude reaches the top. And an elevating device control means 22 feedback controls depending on the deflection between the electric signal in which a part of the amplitude reaches the top, and a standard value. When a part of the amplitude reaches the top in this case, the squeezed load is stabilized rapidly even though a feedback control is carried out by a gain feedback controlled in an optimum condition in the grinding, and it is stabilized to a standard pressure corresponding to the standard value.
