Title:
AUTOMATIC FLICKERING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11214174
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an automatic flickering device which can provide brightness in the surroundings when power from power supply to a load is turned on and off with a hysteresis and reduces erroneous operations due to changes of brightness in the surroundings by a simple configuration.

This automatic flickering device 1 is provided with a photoelectromotive force part 2 generating electromotive force corresponding to brightness in the surroundings, a switch part 3 which is turned on and off by outputs of the photoelectromotive force part 2, and a TRIAC Q1 which is inserted between alternating current power supply AC and a load L and is turned on in accordance with turning on of the switch part 3. A plurality of solar batteries SB1 having sensitivity characteristic leaning on a short wavelength side (ultraviolet ray side) for human luminosity characteristic and a plurality of solar batteries SB2 having sensitivity characteristic leaning on a long wavelength side (infrared ray side) are arranged in rows to constitute the photoelectromotive force part 2. As a result, it is possible to provide a hysteresis due to the brightness in the surroundings in the morning and evening and turning on and off the TRIAC Q1.
