PURPOSE: To improve the work efficiency by only allowing a reader to read format of a slip or a form to automatically generate a format to be processed by a computer.

CONSTITUTION: A console device 2 and a reader 3 are connected to a processor 1 through a reader controller 4, and a printer 6 is connected to the processor 1 through a printer controller 5, and a storage device 8 is connected there through a storage device controller 7. The format of a slip or a form is only inputted from the reader 3 to generate a picture format to be processed by the computer, and it is so most suitably adjusted and outputted that all of this format can be displayed on a display device. Thus, the work process where a user generates the format on the display device is eliminated to improve the efficiency of the user.
