PURPOSE: To constitute the device so that an operator does not operate manually at all a governor operating switch, at the time of operating a load limiter, and the governor can be increased and decreased automatically by following the load limiter by allowing the governor to follow automatically the load limiter.

CONSTITUTION: When a load limiter operation is switched to an automatic governor follow-up operation by a load control system selecting switch, an automatic governor follow-up operation signal 10 is outputted. When time elapses and a governor position becomes equal to a load limiter position, an electric signal 101a corresponding to a control hydraulic pressure high signal 101 is generated, a load limiter operation pilot lamp 102C is turned off and a governor operation pilot lamp 102a is turned on. Also, increase direction control of a governor motor 105 is started, the governor position becomes more above than the load limiter position, and the electric signal 101a is annihilated. Subsequently, after a prescribed time elapses, decrease direction control of the governor motor 105 is started, and when the governor position becomes equal to the load limiter position, the current signal 101a is generated, and the decrease direction control is stopped.
