Abstract:
PURPOSE: To replace a grinding wheel having a holder automatically without using manpower by arranging a grinding wheel stand to store the grinding wheel having the holder in a plurality, and arranging a grinding wheel mounting and demounting device movably freely between this grinding wheel stand and a grinding wheel shaft.
CONSTITUTION: An automatic grinding wheel replacing device 6 to enable automatic replacement of a grinding wheel 10 having a holder to a grinding wheel shaft of a roller grinder 7 has a grinding wheel stand 11 to store the grinding wheel 10 having the holder in a plurality. It has also a sandwiching mechanism and a push-pressing mechanism, and has a grinding wheel mounting and demounting device 9 to make the grinding wheel 10 having the holder mountable/demountable freely on/from the grinding wheel stand 11 and the grinding wheel shaft. This grinding wheel mounting and demounting device 9 is installed on the tip of an arm 31 as a moving mechanism constituting a frame 15 together with a leg pillar 30, and the arm 31 is moved horizontally by rotation of a screw member 34 by a motor 33. The grinding wheel 10 having the holder has a grinding wheel holder to hold a grinding wheel body, and a clamp mechanism is housed in this holder.
