Abstract:
PURPOSE:To offer the automatic liquid nitrogen supply device which can be manufactured at a low cost by a simple constitution by utilizing pressure of nitrogen gas evaporated from a liquid nitrogen reservoir instead of using a pressurizer. CONSTITUTION:A valve 6 for executing opening/closing control of communication between a vessel 3 for containing liquid nitrogen and a liquid nitrogen reservoir separate chamber 2 and the air add a valve 9 for executing opening/ closing control of communication between a liquid nitrogen reservoir 1 and the liquid nitrogen reservoir separate chamber 2 are subjected to opening/closing control in accordance with height of the liquid level of the liquid nitrogen reservoir 1, and by pressure of nitrogen gas evaporated from the liquid nitrogen reservoir 1, liquid nitrogen in the vessel 2 is supplied to the liquid nitrogen reservoir 1.
