PURPOSE: To automatically and continuously prepare an object blended liquid with high efficiency by passing plural kinds of liquid agents to be mixed through separate liquid transfer paths to electronically measure them, accurately taking out them at desired ratios in order, and agitating and mixing them at proper speed and for a necessary time based on a set value set by a controller.
CONSTITUTION: A mixing vessel 4 is mounted on an electrcaic balance 3 for measuring the increase in weight of liquid solvents M1, M2, M3 to be mixed, and the required quantities of liquid are drawn and forcibly fed by control pumps 51, 52, 53. The mixing vessel 3 is rotated by a control motor 6 at a desired speed and over a necessary mixing time. By a setting device 11, a weight signal sent from the electronic balance 3 is subjected to arithmetic processing to integrate the weight of liquid in the mixing chamber 4, and also the quantity, mixing conditions and discharge conditions of each liquid agent to be mixed are set and inputted. By a controller 12, liquid transfer control signals, a rotation command signal and a discharge control signal are sent to the control pumps 51, 52, 53, the control motor 6, and a discharge control pump 9 respectively, based on the inputted and set conditional values and the liquid weight values.
