PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for automatic setting-out to a ceiling plane capable of automatically, efficiently and accurately performing setting-out while using an unmanned flying body for clearly indicating a desired position on the ceiling plane beforehand when performing work such as sticking a sheet to the ceiling plane, and the unmanned flying body for automatic setting-out.SOLUTION: An unmanned flying body packages therein: a rotor 1; a wheel 2 capable of traveling on a ceiling plane 17; a printing device 4 capable of performing printing on the ceiling plane 17; a compact camera 5 for recognizing position coordinates; a power supply device 6; and a microcomputer board or the like for controlling a movement of the wheel 2 to a setting-out position on the basis of coordinate recognition. The unmanned flying body is moved upwards and pressed onto the ceiling plane 17. A marker on a work floor 18 is identified by the compact camera 5, and the position coordinates of an unmanned flying body A are recognized. The unmanned flying body A is moved to a desired position on the ceiling plane 17 by a computer device 13 which inputs coordinates of an allocation chart, and setting-out is performed on the ceiling pane 17 by the printing device 4 while maintaining a pressing state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
