The automatic medicine feeder 10 has a storing section constituted so as to be able to arrange a plurality of boxes storing medicine, a medicine picking section 13 for putting in and out the medicine from the boxes, a box moving mechanism such that the boxes can move between the storing section and the medicine picking section, and a display section 15 capable of displaying various kinds of information; wherein the storing section is arranged in the feeder front face side, while the box moving mechanism is arranged in the feeder back face side, and an output unit 17 capable of outputting the information of the prescription onto a paper sheet is arranged parallel in the display section.
