Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the configuration of a molten metal pouring apparatus and to improve the precision of the molten metal pouring quantity by simplifying the fitting configuration of a molten metal pouring machine to an arm of a robot.
CONSTITUTION: The molten metal pouring machine 5 fitted to the arm 4 of the robot 3, consists of a base 7 fitted to the arm 4, a ladle 9 supported pivotally and freely tiltablly to this base 7, a driving means 10 supported to the base 7 and linking means 11 connected and linking the ladle 9 with this driving means 10.
