PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic molten metal pouring device for casting with which the improvements of yield of a targeted cast product and further, productivity can be obtained all at once.
SOLUTION: On a carriage 10 transported in parallel with a conveying line, a ladle 12 and a molten metal pouring pot 14 shiftable with a shifting means 82 are arranged so as to be tilted with a first and a second tilting means 36 and 80, respectively. Further, the weighing means 160 for weighing the weight of molten metal held in this pouring pot 14 is arranged, and the molten metal is poured into the pouring pot 14 by tilting the ladle 12 with the first tilting means 36 and on the other hand, when the held weight of the molten metal in the pouring pot 14 weighed with this weighing means 160 becomes the molten metal pouring weight to one mold on the conveying line, this ladle 12 is constituted so as to make it possible to return back from the tilting state. Furthermore, the molten metal is poured to the mold by tilting this pouring pot 14 with the second tilting means 80 and on the other hand, when the held weight of the molten metal in the pouring pot 14 weighed with the weighing means 160 becomes zero, this pouring pot 14 is constituted so as to make it possible to return back from the tilting state.
