Title:
AUTOMATIC MOLTEN METAL POURING EQUIPMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09327764
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To save the labor in the charging work of the additive, and to secure the safety by tiltably fitting an additive storage container, and tilting the container in an interlocking manner of a ladle.

A ladle 9 is tilted at the molten metal pouring position by a ladle tilting mechanism mounted on a mobile truck The molten metal is poured into a mold. An automatic additive charging mechanism 3 is provided on a fixed frame 5. A prime mover shaft 6a is integratedly extended to a support shaft 6 which is turned and displaced according to the tiltation of the ladle 9. An arm part 33a along a holding shaft 34 is projectingly provided on the additive storage container 33. An endless body 37 is stretched between a driven sprocket 36 fixed to a driven shaft 35 and a driving sprocket 32. The additive is merged with the molten metal by tilting the storage container 33 in an interlocking manner with the tiltation of the ladle 9. The efficiency of the whole molten metal pouring work can be improved thereby.
