A road side equipment simulation device 11 which is a testing device for confirming the operation of an automatic nonstop charge reception system is provided with a vehicle information table 17 and a road side equipment information table 18 together with pseudo on-vehicle equipment 15 imitating on-vehicle equipment to be loaded on a vehicle, simulates vehicle traveling on the basis of the vehicle information table 17 and the road side equipment information table 18, performs radio communication between the pseudo on- vehicle equipment 15 and the lane controller 12 and confirms the operation. Thus, the operation of the lane controller is confirmed safely without preparing the vehicle or performing the test traveling.
