Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently perform automatic operation by controlling each means according to pre-determined operation schedule and coping with according to abnormal condition coping sequence information.
CONSTITUTION: In automatic operation, reaction sequence information pre-set in a microcomputer 3 and, then, basic operation mode information in an auxiliary storage 6 are read out, so that operation condition of basic operation mode information is set for each control equipment. A detecting means 13 detects information such as pressure, temperature, concentration, etc., in a reaction vessel 11, for decision of abnormality. If no abnormality is found, threshold value for normal state determination is decided, and start time is stored. Then, whether a pre-set analysis time is reached is decided, and then an analysis device 2 is activated, to be continued till the end time of basic operation mode, and then if there is the next basic operation mode, corresponding mode information is read from the device 6, for resetting of operation condition, and from that time on, this is repeated till basic operation mode of reaction sequence information is used up, automatic operation thus carried out.
