To allow a lower part of a cup-like article to be correctly supplied to a receive hole for receiving the lower part of the cup-like article of a carton equipped with the receive hole for automatic packaging.

The automatic packaging apparatus for cup-like articles comprises a stopper for collecting an appropriate number of cup-like articles (a) transferred in an appropriate number of lines by a conveyer 1, a suction conveyer provided above the collected cup-like articles (a) for sticking to an upper face of each of the collected cup-like articles (a) to supply the cup-like article (a) onto a carton transfer path 11 provided on its side for transferring and supplying the articles (a) in respective receive holes 13 of a carton 12, longitudinal array guides for positioning the cup-like articles (a) provided between the receive holes 13 and at both sides in an advancing direction of the carton 12 on an upper face of the receive holes 13 of the supplied carton 12, and lateral array guides 25, 26 for positioning the cup-like articles (a) which can advance and return from a side of the receive holes 13 of the carton 12 to between the receive holes 13 and both sides.
