Abstract:
To reduce the seal packaging of a defective product as much as possible by taking a countermeasures to avoid harmful influences caused by the temperature change when the liquid temperature is monitored, and the liquid temperature deviates from a range of the preset upper and lower limits in seal-packaging various kinds of liquid.
When various kinds of liquid is seal-packaged by using heat sealers 5, 6, 7, the liquid temperature is monitored by a thermometer 2C, and if the liquid temperature exceeds the preset temperature range, countermeasures are taken including the notification, the stop, the discharge, the change of the heater temperature, and the change of the production speed.
