Abstract:
To provide a right-left asymmetric material to be wrapped that prevents angular bending and jumping-out, and tightly and reliably packs.SOLUTION: An automatic packaging machines includes: a first press mechanism that compresses a stacked packed article 3 by applying pressure from an upper side; a movable pressing plate device that pushes the compressed packed article into curtain-shaped packing paper and advances it to a wrapping corner; a double-side auxiliary pushing plate mechanism that suppresses vertical angular bending and jumping-out; a second press mechanism 23 that compresses the packed article when an upper surface, a front surface and a lower surface of the packed article are wrapped; a cutting and bonding device that applies pressure to an overlapping part of the packing paper and then bonds it with an impulse heater and simultaneously cuts it; and a third press mechanism 25 that moves the packed article to both side bending corners and compresses it from the upper side, in which an upper folded plate and a lower folded plate that can be raised and lowered from front and rear sides of the packed article, and a side folded plate front and a side folded plate rear from front and rear of the packed article are provided on both sides of the packed article, and the folding means are actuated appropriately so as to fold both sides of the packed article at front and rear and up and down of the packing paper, and a tape is stuck to a folded part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
