Abstract:

PURPOSE: To work load accurately while quickly changing load easily.
CONSTITUTION: A sprocket 29 is arranged onto a loading base with a penetration rod penetrated into the ground, the sprocket 29 is turned along a chain 2d for guide fixed onto a frame while the revolution of a rotary driving source is transmitted to the sprocket 29 through one-way clutch 21, and only rotation in the direction that the sprocket 29 is lifted along the chain 2d for guide is transmitted. The sprocket 29 is lowered in a fixed quantity along the chain 2d for guide without receiving the resistance of the rotary driving source while the revolution of the sprocket 29 is changed by the braking force of a powder brake 23, and the lowering speed of the loading base is adjusted, thus quickly changing load burdened to the penetration rod easily.
