Abstract:

PURPOSE: To increase assist power and to recover power to the maximum by judging existence of loop system configuration facility through a computer from basic data and online input data upon occurrence of power system fault and configuration a loop.

CONSTITUTION: Upon occurrence of power system fault, a computor judges ST1 a power interrupted facility from basic data and online input data and extracts 2 a candidate switchgear to be applied with power. Then a system to be recovered, including an assist system, is selected ST3, power flow is calculated and overload is judged ST4. If overload exists, a loop configuration facility is extracted ST10 and if judgement S11 is made that there is a loop configurating facility, a loop is configurated ST12 then the step returns to ST4 and this step is repeated until overload disappeares. Then existence of such power interruption substation as having a power application switchgear is searched at ST8, and if there is no such substation operating sequence is determined ST9 and assist power is increased. By such arrangement, automatic recovery can be carried out with minimum separation of load in the system.
