PURPOSE: To output data from a main CPU to entire local CPU by one time of output by providing an FIFO for broadcast data at each local CPU.

CONSTITUTION: Local CPU 2#1-2#n are equipped with FIFO '23 for broadcast data allocated to the same address at a main CPU 1 side. At the time of transmitting control data from the main CPU 1 to the entire local CPU 2, the empty state of each FIFO 23 is checked by an FIFO control part 24 broadcast data of each local CPU 2. Then, the result is communicated to a buffer control part 14 for broadcast data of the main CPU 1. Then, when the entire FIFO 23 are turned to the empty state, the main CPU 1 outputs the data from a buffer 13 for broadcast data to the FIFO 23 of each local CPU 2.
