When works after processing are exchanged with works before processing, the delivery of works after processing is carried out by the holding action of the chuck 17 under the arm 15, and the opening action of the chuck 11 under the face board 9. Almost at the same time as the said delivery, the delivery of works before processing is carried out by the holding action of the chuck 10 above the face board 9 and the opening action of the chuck 16 above the arm 15.
