Abstract:
To propose an automatic recovery device capable of reducing an operator's burden in starting an operation and recovering a waste film occurring during a trial operation and recovering long continuous packaging bags obtained by combining a plurality of packaging bags continuously manufactured by a bag making machine without direct touch by an operator's hand in continuously manufacturing a packaging bag made of a packaging film by the bag making machine, and its automatic recovery method.SOLUTION: A device for recovering a long film to be discharged from a bag making machine for making a packaging bag from a band-like film continuously fed out in a long direction includes a winding part for winding the long film by rotations of one or more winding rods, a cutting part for cutting a wound body of the wound long film from a manufacturing line of the bag making machine, and an extraction mechanism for extracting the cut-out wound body from the winding rods.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
