Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the labor of a worker, and make the timing for a release operation more accurate by automatically performing the release operation of an operation lever of a cuff holding device of a sleeve press machine by a pneumatially operated cylinder, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of cuff removing levers 34 are openably fitted on a sleeve press frame 31, and the opening/closing of both cuff removing levers 34 is performed by a cylinder 37. Under a condition in which the operation lever of a cuff holding device 5 on a sleeve stand is set at a cuff-holding position, and the sleeve stand is put between heat plates, both cuff removing levers 34 are put between right and left operation levers, and under a condition in which a sleeve being put on the sleeve stand has been pressed, the cuff-removing cylinder 37 works, and respective cuff-removing levers 34 push and open right and left operation levers 7, and the fixing of the cuff is released.
