PURPOSE: To reduce an installing space while facilitate installation by providing rental safe box housing racks along the outer peripheral surface of a supposed polygonal column in multiple stages and liftably and rotatably providing a means of inserting and removing a rental safe box in its center part.

CONSTITUTION: By driving a lifting motor 10 and a rotating motor 11, an arm part 7 is lifted up and won on a rail 5 which is erected on the center of a base 4, while it is rotated around the rail 5. Thereby, the arm part 7 is positioned opposite to a rack 2 on which a defined rental safe box 3 is housed. Then, a movable arm 8 is extended to hold the box 3 to be drawn out, and draws out the box 3 onto a fixed arm 9. And, the arm part 7 is lowered to a conveying position and delivers the box 3 to a conveying means. By this structure, the installing space can be reduced while facilitating installation.
