Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an automatic reporting system which decides the dangerousness of a flood, etc., in response to the rise of the river level and changes the reporting destination.
CONSTITUTION: In regard of the levels of a river detected by the level sensors placed at each point of the river, the input of each sensor is fetched and always monitored by a monitoring board 2. A transmitter 4 fetches the input of each sensor via the board 2 and converts the sensor input into a form suitable to transmission. Then the transmitter 4 reports the abnormality of river levels to the receivers 101, 102... 10n set at the remote points by the automatic dial transmission and via a public circuit network 6. Each receiver receives the data which are automatically sent and also occasionally outputs the received to an output device.
