PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement of service by an automatic service providing apparatus.SOLUTION: An automatic service providing apparatus of the present invention comprises a settlement apparatus 20 for performing settlement processing of a virtual currency on a virtual currency storage medium 40, and a service providing apparatus 10 for providing a service when the processing of charging purchase amount of the service by the settlement processing is successful. Moreover, the service providing apparatus 10 is provided with a detection device 12 for detecting the service provision state by the service providing device, and it is stored in the settlement device 12 that an additional virtual currency is to be imparted, the additional virtual currency being a virtual currency having a value different from the refund of the purchase amount of the service to the virtual currency storage medium 40 when determining that the service cannot be provided according to the detected service provision situation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
