PURPOSE: To automate all operations at a factory by conveying a series of sheets being delivered among a foreign matter detecting means for both sides of each sheet, a means for cutting it into the specified length, a means for stacking the sheets in weight within the specified range, a means for thrusting them into a bag, and a means for closing a bag opening.

CONSTITUTION: If the slackness of a sheet is too small in a feed regulating means 100, tension is added to the sheet by feed of a sheet 4a at the postprocess, whereby there is a fear that it might be torn up. Accordingly, when an upper limiting sensor 104 has detected that, the slackness is restored to the original state, and any feed of a conveyor 700 at the postprocess is stopped till a lower limiting sensor 106 detects this fact. As for a foreign matter detecting means 200 for detecting a mixture of foreign matter on both sides of the sheet 4a, a video camera or the like is used, and the uncut sheet 4a is fed to a cutting unit 300 and cut off after its length is measured, while the cut sheet is fed to a stacking means 400, its weight is measured and it is dropped into one side of two stacking blocks, but the stacked sheets unreached to the specified weight are discharged out by another conveyor 450. The stacked sheets reached to the specified weight are bagged by a bagging means 500, and it is closed by an automatic bag closing means and delivered by the conveyor 700.
