Abstract:
To provide an automatic shipping device that modularizes the respective mechanisms for depalletizing, storing, and palletizing product cases, and makes it possible to perform work from picking to stacking in a fully automated manner.SOLUTION: The automatic shipping device that loads cases stacked and stored on a pallet one by one on a transport cart 20 includes a depalletizing mechanism 1, a storage mechanism 2, and a palletizing mechanism 3. The depalletizing mechanism 1 is configured to separate the cases on the pallet one by one and supply them to the storage mechanism 2. The storage mechanism 2 is configured with a plurality of storage lines 2L consisting of conveyors to move the supplied cases. The palletizing mechanism 3 is configured to load the cases dispensed from the storage mechanism 2 onto the cart 20 one by one.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
