Abstract:

To provide a highly reliable and hardly broken down device of spraying water which can spray water to a carried object while carrying on a conveyor in accordance with the carrying amount using a simplified mechanism, and to provide a method of spraying water using the same.

There is provided a device of automatically spraying water to a carried object 16 while carrying on a conveyor 1. The device includes: a tilt roller 9 provided on a lower part of the conveyor and inclined by own weight of the carried object; a spring 12 fixed on a frame supporting the tilt roller and twisted by tilting and moving the tilt roller and the frame; and a water supply valve 5 opened and closed by a lever 8 connected to the tilted and moved frame.
