Abstract:
PURPOSE:To assure the insertion of stripping blades end to prevent damaging and bending of starting sheets by inserting a pair of holding blades having wedge shaped edges between the base sheet and starting sheets of an electrodeposited sheet to partly open the sheets, and inserting the stripping blades into the opened parts. CONSTITUTION:The electrodeposited sheet (base sheet 8 and starting sheets 9) after electrodeposition is transported by a conveyor 1 and is stopped under the holding member 5 of the stripping device 3. The holding member 5 is then lowered by a lifting cylinder 7 to insert the holding blades 5a, 5b having the wedge-shaped edges between the base sheet 8 and the starting sheets 9 along a hook part 4a and to partly open the sheets. The stripping blades 10 are then moved horizontally by a projecting cylinder 13 and are inserted into the apertures between the base sheet 8 and the starting sheets 9 to strip the starting sheets 9 from the base sheet 8. The holding member 5 is pushed and is escaped to the position (e) when the stripping blades 10 arrives at the position (a). Then, a limit switch 14 sends an ascending signal to an ascending cylinder 7 to rise the holding member 5. The holding member 5 is reset to the home position by a pulling spring 15. The stripping of the starting sheets 9 from the base sheet 8 is efficiently executed in this way.
