Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate exchanging work of packing material.
CONSTITUTION: A mounting shaft 212 is made to protrude horizontally on one side of a rotary central axle of a rotary disc 211 which is supported rotatably in the vertical direction. An elastic holder 214 formed of a plurality of elastic pieces 215 which are bent toward the rotary disc side and oriented openly and separately in all directions is mounted on a tip end 212a of the mounting shaft 212. With the elastic holder interposed, a core tube 100a around which continuous packing material is wound in roll is inserted pressingly into the mounting shaft 212 of the rotary disc 211.
