Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lap width between an adhesive tapes wound around a winding object from being insufficient.SOLUTION: An automatic tape winding device M includes: a movable member 10 movable in an axial direction of a corrugated tube T; a rotating member 14 provided on the movable member 10 and rotating about the axis of the corrugated tube T; a sensor 20; and control means 23. The rotating member 14 is provided with an accommodating portion 15 for accommodating the corrugated tube T and a tape holding portion 17 that rotatably holds a roll portion 33 of an adhesive tape 30 at a position eccentric from the corrugated tube T. The sensor 20 detects a width dimension of a lead-out portion 34 which is pulled out from the roll portion 33 of the adhesive tape 30 and is under tension with the corrugated tube T. The control means 23 controls the moving speed of the movable member 10 based on a detection signal from the sensor 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
