Title:
AUTOMATIC TEE-UP DEVICE FOR GOLF BALL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06210035
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an automatic tee-up device which has a simple structure, is compact and has an excellent durability by a method wherein a rotating body, on which a movable body equipped with a tee part on the tip of which a golf ball is put can be wound, is provided, and a teeing up is done by making the tee part rise or set on the floor surface of a ball hitting area based on the reciprocating operation of the rotating body.

CONSTITUTION: A coil spring 26 as a movable body is provided on the outer periphery of a rotating body 15, and one end of the coil spring 26 is fixed on the rim part of the rotating body 15, and at the tip of the coil spring 26, a tee part 28 is attached by a tee attaching fitting 27. When a ball B is hit, the rotating body 15 is turned by a stepping motor so that the rotating body 15 may take up the coil spring 26, and the tee part 28 descends. Accompanying this movement, the ball B on a ball feeding path 38 is scooped by a scooping part 21, and is transferred on a guide path 22, and when the tee part 28 is lowered to a ball feeding position, the ball B is fed on the tee part 28. When the motor 23 reverses, the rotating body 15 rewinds the coil spring 26, and the tee part 28 reaches the ball hitting position.
